The return and exchange policy includes all Gulf application services.
Return and exchange, if you wish, within 14 days from the date of purchasing the service, and the customer shall not bear any of the related costs. Unless the service provided was obtained through discounts and offers in which it is mentioned that the return and replacement period does not exceed three days.
The refund period is subject to the procedures and procedures of the third party - banks and the payment gateway - with the center's commitment to submit the refund request immediately.
The customer is not entitled to request a replacement or cash refund for the services provided through free purchase vouchers, or from raffles and prizes. He is not entitled to request that it be converted into balance on the site.
In the event that the customer obtains a free credit or a voucher for free purchases, he is not entitled to convert the balance into cash.
Appointments:
The customer has the right to set the appropriate date for him in coordination with the customer service, and in the event of violating the appointment three times for one service, the service is considered canceled and the customer is not entitled to refund the amount of services except with the approval of the center management. Or discounts in which the condition of adhering to one appointment is mentioned, then breaching the appointment once will cancel the service, unless with the approval of the center management for another appointment.
The Gulf Center has the right to postpone or change the client's appointment after notifying him, and therefore if the need is determined by the consideration of the center's management.
